KĀHEA

KĀHEA is a motion control for effect pedals of electric guitars and converts the executed movements of the guitarist into a change of an effect parameter. In this way, the guitarist’s movement influences the sound and expression of the music. Experimenting with this type of interaction is intended to create new effect relationships and gives a new approach to sound modulation.

Designing the KĀHEA mounting methods was also a particular aspect in the development. This should be combined with existing equipment in the best possible way and be able to be expanded by the user.
