With the Japanese company Brother, the DIT Design Institute of Technology developed innovative products for the product range in the Office area. It was about ecological and sustainable device concepts. The designers took the train from Frankfurt via Moscow and Beijing to Shanghai, from where they took the ferry to Japan. Once there, the train journey from Oskaka continued via Tokyo to Nagoya – the site of Brother’s headquarters.
